IS Student Lead Technician

As the paid student lead technician, my job has been to not only complete work orders, but also oversee the other student technicians during fifth block at Hunterdon Central. Part of this job has been gauging the ability of others, and helping them to fill in the gaps by teaching them the correct way to fix things from start to finish, as well as teaching others how to diagnose and solve problems. I try to at first teach by showing them the proper way to do something, then next time have them complete the task, and lead them to the solution then they hit a bump in the road.

IS Summer Technician

As a paid summer IS technician, my job has been to work with the other members of the summer team to get the entire school ready for the next school year. Our tasks range from readying hundreds of chromebooks to setting up the teacher station computer and AV stack in every classroom, as well as working with out Help Desk / Inventory software - BMC Track-It. Through this job, I have completed many projects, such as Automating the enrollment of Chromebooks, Automating the aforementioned Track-It as well as other projects that arise.
